Fees for Services
In relation to our fees, we are willing to offer a "No Win No Fee" service. As such, if we think you have a valid claim, we will charge you 35% plus VAT (plus disbursements and travel expenses if applicable) of any settlement agreed or any award granted by the Employment Tribunal.
If no settlement is agreed and no award is granted by the Employment Tribunal, then we will make no charge to you for our services.

What we do for you
As part of our service to you, we will undertake the following tasks:-
- We will access and plan your claim;
- We will complete and submit your ET1 Claim Form to the Employment Tribunal;
- We will communicate with, and with your approval, negotiate a settlement with the employer, their legal representative or ACAS;
- We will prepare witness statements on your behalf;
- We will prepare a skeleton argument on your behalf for the Employment Tribunal hearing; and
- We will represent you at the Employment Tribunal hearing.
